dizziness

Dear Sir or Madam,
I had a sinus infection. Now it's gone. But I still have some dizziness/circulatory problems.
What can I do?
Kind regards

Dr. med. Frauke Gehring

Good day,

It would be nice to know where the circulatory problems are coming from. A slightly low blood pressure will improve if you gradually increase your activity level, such as taking walks and "retraining" your heart/circulatory system (but don't overdo it).

Sometimes there is also pressure in the ear; if your nose is blocked, I would recommend using nasal spray.

If things do not improve at all, I would suggest visiting the emergency room (to inquire call 116117) so that at least a general overview of possible causes can be obtained.

Otherwise, a blood test should be done after Easter.

All the best!

Sincerely, Dr. Höllering
