Hello,
If the dizziness is caused by sinusitis, what can I do about it?

Hello again,

First take nasal spray to ensure ventilation, then inhale with e.g. Bronchoforton cream. Also helpful are Sinupret or Gelomyrtol taken as capsules.

However, since the dizziness originates in the inner ear, you also need to have a bit of patience, as viruses can sometimes stay for two weeks and cannot be fought with antibiotics.

It is not certain that the dizziness is a result of this infection, so I would wait for the examination results before pondering possible consequences on the holiday.
