Our 1-year-old child is constantly vomiting.
Hello,
My wife and I are very worried about our 1-year-old daughter.
On Thursday, we picked up our daughter from daycare. She had breakfast and lunch there. She had a slightly hard stomach that day and kept making tongue movements that we found strange. Then she vomited the undigested lunch around 5:30 pm. In the evening, she vomited twice again. On Friday, she felt better in the morning and ate normally, so she went back to daycare. After picking her up around 3 pm, she vomited her food again, but this time only a little. She also vomited in the evening. Throughout the day, her temperature fluctuated between 37.5 to 38.2 degrees. She needed a lot of our comfort and slept a lot in our arms. Overnight, she was restless again and vomited despite not eating much for dinner. This morning (Saturday), she was in a good mood and ate a lot for breakfast. After that, she quickly wanted to cuddle and sleep a lot. She didn't eat anything for lunch and for dinner just a small piece of bread with cream cheese and some applesauce. We put her to bed at 7 pm and at 7:50 she woke up crying loudly. Then she vomited again.
We are quite scared, as she is everything to us.
I hope you can give us some brief advice on how to proceed. We are considering going to the hospital tomorrow, as it is Sunday, to have someone look at her in the emergency room.
