Skin changes - what is this?

I have noticed a change on my thigh for some time now.

The surface is rough, it does not itch or burn, and is completely inconspicuous.
For the past two days, it has been changing. There is some brown discoloration on the right side (see photo) and it forms a light red ring, which seems to be more under the skin.

Unfortunately, I cannot get an appointment with a dermatologist quickly. What could this be? Is consulting a dermatologist mandatory?

I am a very fair-skinned person with many moles and freckles. I had a congenital mole removed in childhood. Now I am afraid that it could be something malignant.

Thank you!

Dear questioner, the recording quality is not particularly good, but it doesn't look like something malicious, it could be an Erythema chronicum migrans, a skin condition that occurs in Lyme disease, a disease transmitted by ticks. A doctor should take a look at it, you probably need an antibiotic.
