Redness, itching, and oozing scalp

Dear Sir or Madam,
As can be seen from the attached pictures, I have severely itchy, scaly wounds with round borders that do not heal on their own and are sometimes constantly weeping. Other symptoms include very quickly greasy and heavily scaling scalp.
Therefore, I would like to inquire about what condition this could be and how I can potentially treat it (preferably with home remedies or over-the-counter medications).
Thank you very much for your help.
Good evening,
Unfortunately, I cannot open an image here, but the description is relatively typical for seborrheic eczema. Perhaps you may like to look at images on the internet on this topic and may be able to recognize a similarity to your symptoms.
It is a sensitivity to fungi that are native to our skin but are not tolerated by some people. Over-the-counter products include cream for the skin (Nizoral) and shampoo for the scalp (Terzolin). Please apply the cream thinly twice daily, wash your head with Terzolin twice a week (in between with a good shampoo, e.g. head and shoulders classic). This should make you feel much better after 2 weeks.
As remote diagnoses are not possible, I would recommend that you see a dermatologist if this treatment is not successful. If it is, you can reduce Terzolin to once a week and use the cream as needed.
Sincerely, Dr. Höllering
