Reddish spots on the skin

Hello,

Three days ago, I discovered two reddish spots on my forearm. I am now afraid that it could be skin cancer. At first, I thought I had burned myself because it looks like it, but I can't remember. There are two spots, one is about 2mm in size and the other is 1mm next to it. I hope I can attach a file. Are two spots right next to each other rather atypical?

Good morning,
This doesn't look like cancer to me. My first thought when looking at these two spots would be chickenpox, maybe you have some more small red spots somewhere on your body that you haven't noticed yet. It seems to me that the left spot has a tiny blister in the middle. Is that right? That would support my suspicion that it is chickenpox. Otherwise, it could also be some kind of insect bite.
Anyway, I would suggest observing these spots for a few days and not to be worried for now. Feel free to contact me again and send new pictures if anything changes with these spots.
Best regards
