Noise from new move-ins over 4 months

I live in a 9-unit building on the ground floor in the middle. Since May 20th, two new tenants and one owner have moved into the three apartments to my right side one after the other. It is clear that one must endure some noise, drilling and hammering for renovation work. However, on the right side next to me, this has been going on without a break for 4 months now. Sometimes renovations were also carried out on weekends. I have swallowed a lot with the greatest understanding. However, after 4 months, as there are still drilling or hammering works happening, it is becoming too much and my tolerance limit is at zero. To make matters worse, I work as a flight attendant in shift work and due to long-haul flights with time differences, I also, as a paying tenant, have a right to expect that everyone will eventually finish and peace will return. Can it really be that a new move-in takes up to 8 or even 10 weeks to renovate? How long does one actually have to endure such a situation? I have already expressed my discontent to my landlord.

In general, the house rules state that quiet must be maintained from 10 pm until 7 am and partially on weekends. During this time, renovations that disturb the peace are not allowed.
If the disturbances occur between 7 am and 10 pm, they may be partially tolerated. However, there are still limits to be observed.
Particularly, strong disruptions caused by unusually high levels of noise and disturbance are not acceptable.
You can inform the landlord of this issue and request them to address it. In case the issue is not resolved, you can threaten to reduce the rent by approximately 5%. You should set a deadline for the landlord to fix the issue.
If the deadline passes without resolution, you have the right to reduce the rent accordingly.
You can also address the disruptive neighbors directly and demand that they cease their disturbances. You should provide written notice to the neighbors with a deadline for compliance.
