Telecom contract

Hello,
I currently have a VDSL contract with Telekom and am satisfied with it. I am moving at the end of the month and have requested the move with Telekom. They told me that I may not be able to get VDSL anymore, only Call & Surf. Yesterday I received the order confirmation. I called Telekom to find out about the contract duration. They informed me that it is a new contract and will run for 2 years. My question: Is this legal? I can't help it if Telekom can no longer offer me my current contract. What happens if I disagree with the new Call & Surf contract? Is there a way for me to switch to a different provider and leave Telekom?
Dear inquirer,
the contract for the connection in the new apartment is indeed a new contract. Since you requested a VDSL contract and Telekom only offered you a Call & Surf contract, in my opinion, a contract has not been concluded yet.
To avoid any misunderstanding, you should write to Telekom immediately. "I have never entered into a call & Surf contract with you and will not do so, alternatively, the alleged call & Surf contract will be revoked."
Then you can enter into a contract with another provider. If not already done, the VDSL contract in the old apartment should also be explicitly terminated.
Yours sincerely
