Caffeine concentration in sperm

My question relates to the caffeine concentration in the sperm of a man who regularly drinks coffee or cola. Since I should definitely not consume caffeine (even a sip of coffee would be too much), I wondered if it would be safe for me to swallow the sperm of a person who regularly consumes caffeinated drinks. So, is caffeine detectable not only in the blood but also in other body fluids some time after drinking? And would this concentration already correspond to a small sip of coffee? The question may be harder to answer without specific details, but my main concern is whether such a caffeine concentration could theoretically be possible with relatively high coffee/cola consumption at the time when the caffeine concentration in the blood is at its highest. Thank you!

I have tried to find accurate values for your question on the internet, but without success. Therefore, I would like to share at least my thoughts with you:
The concentration in sperm cannot be higher than in serum and would therefore likely be in the per mille range. Considering this low concentration and the small amount of liquid you consume, the negative effect you are concerned about is highly unlikely.
