Bladder, kidney or prostate?

Hello,
I am (m) and 29 years old, at 25 I had a bladder infection that has not gone away until today.
The following tests have been done so far:
- Urine flow measurement
- Cystoscopy
- Ultrasound
- Blood test
My doctor told me that the bladder walls are thickened, but he cannot find anything else.
After about 5-6 months, new symptoms appeared.
- Erectile problems
- Sperm became quite watery
- Persistent burning after urination and/or sex.
I was then told that at my age it could only be a benign prostate enlargement...
Now, for about 2 months, the urine has been dark brown to orange throughout the day, and occasionally has a strong odor.
I only got an appointment in 3 weeks and wanted to ask if there is anything I can do to rule out anything.

Based on your description, you may be suffering from chronic prostatitis, which sometimes leads to visible prostate swelling on ultrasound. This type of inflammation also changes the urine test results and is diagnosed by experienced urologists.
