I have had neck pain for 3 weeks + dizziness + complete loss of concentration + pressure behind the forehead.
Dear patient, you seem to have forgotten to include the question in your description. What you are describing most likely indicates a tension headache, which is a type of headache that is usually triggered by stress and is associated with increased muscle tension. Patients usually experience pain starting from the neck and radiating forward to the forehead like a helmet. Please see a neurologist or orthopedist for examination. Alternatively, you can try taking an anti-inflammatory pain reliever regularly for a few days, such as 3x 400 mg of Ibuprofen or 3x 50 mg of Diclofenac.
Get well soon, C. Welsch
