Hemorrhoids filled with small pin-sized knots?
I am actually pretty sure that I have had hemorrhoids for years. It would itch every now and then but the bulge would always go back in. However, this morning was different. After I pushed quite hard during a bowel movement, which I honestly always do, I saw blood on the toilet paper and there were also a few blood streaks in the bowl. It was as if something had dripped out. I also feel like something has been scratched or torn.
All of this would be fine, but I am currently freaking out because I felt a small pinhead-sized lump in a fold of skin right at the edge of the anus. Could that still be a hemorrhoid? Do hemorrhoids consist of such small lumps? I hope you can help me quickly. I was planning to go to the doctor tomorrow, but otherwise I will be going crazy all night because I have a real panic about possibly having colon cancer, even though it is uncommon at my age... I am 29.
