drop plan

I am supposed to have surgery on my left eye (glaucoma) next week and I am very unsure if I should do it there, because I have received a drop schedule: 5 times a day Dexa-sine SE, 3 times a day Trusopt S, and 1 time a day Monoprost. I was supposed to start with this 2 weeks before the surgery, and I did. Then I noticed that the drops only last for 10 days and I got a new prescription, but I am missing 2 days again. If I create a drop schedule for someone, and it's not just for me, I have to calculate if the drops will last for 14 days, right? Can I now take Dexa-sine SE 3 times a day until the surgery? Don't they think about the fact that it's about my eyesight and I don't want to make any mistakes. WHAT SHOULD I DO??
