Hello, I am doing very badly. I have double vision, dizziness, hair loss, and very severe pain in my back. Additionally, I am always cold and cannot warm up, and I have severe concentration disorders as well as tingling in my face and scalp. I have already been to neurology, do you have any other ideas? Also, I feel like my right leg is not walking properly, I am completely weakened.

A very good explanation for these complaints would be an iron deficiency (here, ferritin, which is the stored iron, must also be determined, not just the iron level in the blood) and an underactive thyroid.
Both can be clarified by the general practitioner, who should always be visited before seeing a specialist (in this case, the neurologist).
