Withdrawal symptoms due to short but intense medication intake?

Hello,

for a period of about 8-10 days (I am not exactly sure), I took a lot of tablets. Daily, I took about 2 tablets of Lorazepam 2.5mg each, 4 tablets of Tilidin/Naloxon 150/50mg each, and 1 Vivinox or Hoggar Night. I also drank alcohol, a lot last Friday. I'm not exactly sure why I took all this stuff in the end... Since Saturday/Sunday, I haven't taken anything at all and have disposed of all the stuff. Now, since Sunday, I have been feeling very bad (depressive moods, no appetite, nausea, severe insomnia, extreme restlessness, rapid pulse, palpitations, and depression. From how I feel, it's worse today (Tuesday) than it was yesterday (Monday) and the day before yesterday (Sunday).

Now my question: could these symptoms be (extreme) withdrawal symptoms? I only took the mentioned tablets during this period, I do not take any other tablets or drugs. Can such withdrawal symptoms arise from such a "short" and excessive intake of the mentioned tablets? When will I start feeling better / when will these (almost unbearable) symptoms start to subside?

Thank you in advance!

Good evening,

I am happy to confirm your suspicion. The symptoms do indeed point towards withdrawal symptoms, after this excessive use. Especially in combination with alcohol.
Drink plenty of still water and rest. In the coming days, it should gradually improve.

And if you have any questions, you can always contact me.

Best regards,
