Amoxicillin 1000 - what should be considered?

Good evening,
Since last night, I have been taking Amoxicillin 1000. In total, my dentist prescribed me 10 tablets. It is for the long-term treatment of periodontitis. However, initially the inflammation in my gums caused excruciating pain, which is why I was given this antibiotic. It is helping, as after taking 2 tablets so far, the pain has become much more bearable. But now that I am unsure, I would like to ask the following question: What should be considered when taking such an antibiotic? Specifically, what should I avoid during the treatment? Alcohol is obviously off limits, that's clear. But for example, I enjoy drinking 1-2 cups of coffee a day. Should I refrain from that as well? And what else should be considered to not impair or potentially enhance the effectiveness?

It is advisable to drink plenty of fluids and rest when taking any antibiotics, so avoid strenuous exercise. When taking the antibiotics, do not consume milk directly, it is best to drink still water or herbal tea. Also, it's best not to drink milk, dairy products, or coffee 2 hours before and 2 hours after taking the antibiotics.
Additionally, antibiotics can affect the effectiveness of other medications. For example, the effectiveness of birth control pills may be reduced.
Antibiotics also affect the entire body, including the helpful bacteria in the gut, which can lead to diarrhea. If you are taking Amoxicillin for an extended period (more than 5 days), I recommend strengthening the gut flora with Mutaflor, for example.
