Hello,
I am 41 years old, 184 cm tall, 86 kg, and I hardly drink any alcohol.
For some time now, I have been struggling with digestive problems. Bowel movements do not occur daily, more like 3-4 times a week, but then in what I consider to be large quantities. The consistency varies between rather firm and rather soft. When there is no bowel movement, I experience a pressure pain in the area of the lower right rib. The pressure pain itself is not strong enough to make me curl up or greatly affect me. Perhaps the sensation does not even deserve to be called pain. It is just an uncomfortable pressure that can also shift a little to the back or to the groin area. There is also a certain itching sensation, as if being tickled internally. Sometimes, when there is a very small amount of bowel movement, slimy threads can be seen on the toilet paper or it is dark green.

How long have the symptoms been like this? Has anything changed in the last few months? How do the symptoms behave after consuming fatty foods? Have you had digestive problems or pain in the region before? Are gallstones known? Has an ultrasound of the liver and gallbladder been done before? Have you ever noticed any other changes in stool?
