Monocytes and lymphocytes increased____blood count Appendix

Hello,
I am male, 34 years old with no pre-existing conditions.
I am requesting an evaluation of 2 blood tests from December 2016.
On December 12, 2016, the values of Monocytes and Lymphocytes were elevated.
A follow-up was done 10 days later and the values were lower than before but still outside the reference range.
No further blood tests have been done since then.
Should these values be checked again?
Blood test results attached.
Kind regards,
Dear inquirer,
My assessment of these blood results would be:
1. No further checks are required.
2. It could be a minimal residual state after infection or an immunogenic stimulus, which is decreasing.
3. There is no evidence of a serious blood disorder.
Regarding point 1, the values are only slightly outside the normal range and should fall within range on further checks.
Regarding point 2, the overall leukocyte values (~8.0) are within the normal range.
Regarding point 3, there are no deviations indicating a blood disorder (leukemia) in all other values on the second blood test.
The composition of blood is subject to constant fluctuations, and your values, even if slightly above the reference range, are overall unremarkable. (see also above in the blood test; the monocytes are relatively within the normal range)
I wish you a lovely evening, you do not need to worry about these findings anymore.
Have a good night with best regards, Dr. R. C. Berg
