Gastrointestinal problems
Hello,
I am a 33-year-old male.
For the past 5-6 weeks, I have been experiencing diffuse stomach/intestinal symptoms such as: loss of appetite, bloating, feeling of fullness, a dull feeling in the stomach, as well as strong discomfort and sporadically thin sticky stool. Additionally, I occasionally feel a very slight pulling sensation under the right rib cage. There are no pains, nausea, or vomiting present.
I am now eating again despite the lack of appetite. Out of the initial 5kg lost, I have now gained back 3kg.
Blood tests taken 6 weeks ago and recently showed consistently slightly elevated values.
Regardless, about 4 months ago I had a gout attack and was taking Allopurinol up until 2 weeks ago. I also take a beta blocker for high blood pressure. My gallbladder was removed 1.5 years ago without complications.
Bilirubin 1.2
GPT (ALT) 84
Urea 7.3
All other values taken for alkaline phosphatase, lipase, CRP are within normal range.
About 2 weeks ago, an abdominal ultrasound was performed in the emergency room, and a mild fatty liver was diagnosed. A few days ago, an endoscopy with biopsy was performed. The results are pending. There are no other abnormalities, aside from the aforementioned elevated blood values.

My mother passed away from pancreatic cancer at the age of 45, and now I am somewhat concerned that the elevated values could indicate this disease, as an increase in bilirubin is associated with it and I may be genetically predisposed.
Should I undergo specific tests in light of this, or am I misinterpreting the situation?
