Investigation of ECG findings

Dear Sir or Madam,

I kindly request you to review the following ECG findings, which were preceded by a successful cardioversion the day before due to persistent atrial fibrillation (patient with present obesity, medicated arterial hypertension, suspected diabetes mellitus, diagnosed bicuspid aortic valve on CT and TEE, as well as a 51mm thoracic aortic aneurysm, 69 years old):

Sinus rhythm, unspecific intraventricular conduction delay, left anterior hemiblock, T-wave inversion in III, aVR, V1, V2, lack of R progression in the precordial leads with S-wave persistence and no R/S transition, no significant ST-segment changes.

Thank you for your efforts.

Sincerely,

Your Inquirer
