A few weeks ago, I had a stabbing pain in my colon (sigmoid colon) on the left side that lasted about 30 seconds. Since then, I have occasionally experienced a slight pulling or stabbing sensation in the area that is hard to explain, but only for a short period of time. Symptoms such as bloating and occasional diarrhea with some mucus. What could this be? Blood tests are normal. Thank you in advance.

It could be diverticulitis, colitis, a worm infection, an infection, or even a tumor. A medical examination is necessary.
