Gastritis for 2 years.

Hello,
I have been suffering from regular nausea for about 2 1/2 years. The gastroenterologist I visited said I have a red inflamed stomach lining. I have been careful about what I eat and drink, but I don't see any improvement in my condition.
Additionally, my mouth lining seems to be "separating."
What else can I do? Currently, I am using Iberogast (morning and evening), Kamillan (mouthwash), and "Caricol Gastro" before each meal. Is a chronic stomach lining inflammation even curable?
Thank you in advance.
Hello!
First, I would suggest trying a therapy with Pantoprazole or Omeprazole, which inhibit the production of stomach acid. These preparations are available over the counter in pharmacies in lower doses, but I would recommend getting a prescription from your primary care physician. I would recommend stopping the medications you are currently taking during this therapy trial. If the symptoms have not improved after 1-2 weeks, it would be advisable to investigate whether your stomach is colonized with Helicobacter pylori. If this is the case, the bacterium should be removed from your body using specific medication combinations.
Regarding your oral mucosa, a remote diagnosis is not possible. It would be best to show the findings to your primary care physician or a dentist.
I wish you a speedy recovery!
