heart problems

Good morning,
I am taking the following medications:
around 7:00 am L-Thyrox Hexal 75 1 Tab.
around 9:00 am Dorzolamid AL 20mg eye drops
around 10:00 am Candesartan ratiopharm 8 mg
around 9:00 pm Dorzolamid AL 20mg eye drops
around 11:00 pm Latanoprost STADA 50mg eye drops
Can I get heart problems from any of these medications?
I was at the cardiologist three weeks ago. Resting ECG, echo, 24-hour ECG and blood pressure monitoring.
Result: nothing serious should be forgotten. But I can't because the pauses weigh heavily on me. What should I do? I am 62 years old, female, and I am afraid to travel by train, etc.
Thank you in advance for your honest answer.

Good day, I am happy to assist you further.

These medications do not harm the heart. On the contrary, Candesartan is good for the heart and your kidneys.
Do you have any palpitations that can also be seen on an ECG?
Are you feeling dizzy, nauseous, or experiencing ringing in your ears?

Kind regards,
Dr. K. Hamann
