Diclo ointment

Hello,
I often have neck pain and sometimes use diclointment for it. Today I went to the hairdresser and he cleaned my neck with a razor blade. This caused razor burn. Since my neck pain was back, I applied diclointment to it. It started burning afterwards. I immediately cleaned the area with a cloth and water. Should I expect any systemic side effects?
No, don't worry, you don't have to expect any systemic effects. The burning sensation is completely normal in this case, because the skin was not completely intact from the shaving. It is reacting more to the ointment, less to the active ingredient. However, this is completely harmless.
Sincerely,
