Shower gel is an alkaline solution, and the stomach tolerates it quite well. The stomach produces acid, and the mixture of acid and alkaline is simply a neutral liquid that will not harm you. You do not need to take any action, by breakfast tomorrow morning the stomach acid will have recovered enough to digest your breakfast.
