Swelling in the vagina.

Hello,
I am 29 years old and have been experiencing severe burning in my vagina for a week, especially when urinating. My bladder always feels full and slightly painful when under pressure. What concerns me even more is that I have noticed swelling at the entrance of my vagina. In terms of my medical history, I should mention that I have had colitis for 4 weeks caused by taking antibiotics. No bacteria were found in my urine, only traces of blood but the doctor said it was not concerning. Sometimes I think I have slight pain in my pelvic floor but not constantly. I have not seen a gynecologist in years, but I have an appointment on Monday. I have also always had some vaginal discharge. During my last gynecologist visit, the doctor said after a thorough examination that it was normal, so I didn't pay much attention to it. At the moment, I have imagined the worst diseases, especially cancer, and I am going crazy until Monday. That's why I ask you to please give me some answers or clarification based on my entire story.

Desweiteren bin ich in der Geburtshilfe tätig - somit kann ich auch Fragen rund um das Themengebiet Entbindung,Kreissaal,Geburtsplanung,Risiken in der Schwangerschaft....beantworten.
