1. How many centimeters of suture material does a gynecologist approximately need, or is usual, for an uncomplicated Misgav Ladach cesarean section? (please provide a very precise answer)

2. Are abdominal drapes needed for a Misgav Ladach cesarean section? If so, approximately how many are typically used?

3. Is a neutral electrode and diathermy necessary or typical for a cesarean section, or their use?

Hello,

Ideally, a longer thread of 50 cm should be sufficient. Belly cloths should be used depending on bleeding and amniotic fluid volume, on average 8 to 10, neutral electrode and diathermy are obligatory. Norm values cannot be given in this case, as this type of surgery is about technique and not material consumption.
