Am I pregnant?

Hello dear medical team,

My partner and I have decided to become parents. That's why I stopped taking my pill "Monostep". I took the last pill on 22.09.09, and got my period on Friday, 25.09.09 as usual. I was supposed to take the pill again on 30.09.2009, but I didn't. Since then, I have been having regular sexual intercourse with my partner. About 2 days after stopping the pill, I felt a slight pulling sensation in my lower abdomen. I think this is due to stopping the pill. It got better or even went away briefly. Since last weekend (03.09/04.09, we also had regular sexual intercourse this weekend) I have been feeling a stronger pulling sensation in my lower abdomen, bloating, occasional dizziness, constipation, and frequent urination. My appetite is normal. I have researched on some websites and these symptoms can be signs of pregnancy. I have also read that many women already feel that "something is different" in the first week. Now I am unsure if these are still effects of stopping the pill or if I might be pregnant. It is still too early for a pregnancy test (I did one last night and it was clearly NEGATIVE). When can I take a pregnancy test that gives a reliable result? Is it even possible to get pregnant so soon after stopping the pill?

I would be very grateful for your help.
Best regards from Lower Bavaria!
