Hello, I have been suffering from a cough for 14 days and at the beginning I even had a fever of almost 40 degrees for three days. Yesterday I went to the doctor again because my breathing is not improving. I am now supposed to take Serroflo in the morning and evening, my breathing is getting better but I am feeling very tired and dizzy. Could this be because of the spray? I have also been feeling very weak since the infection. What can I do?

Hello, I think that this might be due to the medication, and it seems like it was indeed a strong infection. I would maybe have some blood tests, a lung function test, and an ECG done. That way, at least serious illnesses can be ruled out. Get well soon.
