Tower skull in adulthood

Can a tower skull form in adulthood or adolescence? I think my head resembles a tower skull, however, no abnormalities were detected as a child.

Dr. med. Frauke Gehring

Hello,

A tower skull occurs when the skull sutures ossify too early, so that the growing baby brain no longer has enough space. It is self-explanatory that a tower skull cannot form in adulthood.

Furthermore, you have a completely normal head shape.

Sincerely, Dr. Höllering
