Pressure in the ear

Hello, I have had pressure in my ear since Friday and the osteopath said it was tension, and treated my head and neck. The pressure got worse, so I went to the ENT today because my ear and everything around it feels slightly numb and fuzzy, and at times I feel like my ear is burning and I have brief pains in certain areas on my temple and face, along with ongoing pressure. I also have a burning sensation in my mouth with a slight white coating and some dizziness. The ENT examined me, cleaned my ear, and said everything was fine, attributing the symptoms to tension and the coating to irritation. I also feel quite weak. What could this be?

Dear questioner, I assume that your colleague has performed a hearing and balance test? If this has been done and was inconspicuous, complaints of the jaw muscles or cervical spine can indeed cause such diffuse problems... If it persists, have a dentist and orthopedist take a look... If you haven't had a hearing test, you can do an online hearing test on my website www.hno-welsch.de (under the Technology section).

Do you have any questions? Regards, Welsch
