For a few days now, I have had this strange feeling in my throat. Two days ago, I also had to sneeze more often and my nose was running a bit, but that has stopped now. I have a dust allergy, but unfortunately also suffer from reflux disease. What could be the cause?

Sneezing and a runny nose do not fit with reflux.
Therefore, one would assume a mild cold or allergic reaction. With an infection, there is often also some yellowish discharge from the nose. This distinguishes it from allergies, where the discharge always remains clear.
