Hello, for the past 3 days I have had a strange feeling at the back of my head, not directly a pressure, but I can feel my back of the head, so to speak. What could this be? What could I do?

Most of the time, the cause lies in the muscles that attach to the back of the head. The cause of this is usually neck tension, for example from working intensively at a desk or looking at a phone.

Applying warmth, gentle movement, and leaving the phone in the drawer usually helps to alleviate the symptoms. If necessary, Ibuprofen 400 can also be helpful.
