Hello, I have a question: I took 2 Ibuprofen 400mg. I read in the package leaflet that it can cause hypersensitivity reactions if you have allergies. I have many allergies and have also noticed a small reaction to it. What can I do about it?

You can wait calmly. Hypersensitivity would manifest in rash and itching. In that case, you can see a doctor and get cortisone if an over-the-counter medicine like Cetirizine is not enough.
However, 800 mg is also quite a lot and only suitable for men weighing 80-90 kg or more. Just a side note.
