Hello, for the past 3 days I have had a strange feeling at the back of my head, not exactly pressure, but I can feel my back of the head, so to speak. What could this be? What could I do?

such discomfort is most likely caused by tension, as many muscles attach in this area. I would recommend observing it and if it does not go away, going to the doctor.
