Hernia?

Good day. For the past 3 days, I have been experiencing uncomfortable sensations or mild pain in my right groin and am concerned about a possible hernia. These sensations developed within approximately 48 hours. However, I am not aware of any specific triggering event, so it is not as if it occurred acutely after a certain movement or similar. I do not have any swelling, and when I palpate the groin, I do not feel anything, even when coughing or straining. Sometimes, when I cough or strain (without palpating), there is a slight twinge or pressure, but it is not actual pain. Besides a hernia, what else could be causing this?

Dear patient, back pain often radiates into the groin. Please come in for an examination. If there is a fracture, I would expect more symptoms and a bulge. Regards, Welsch.
