Hello, I wanted to get in touch again. I'm still feeling unwell, I had a sharp pain in my abdomen last weekend and a relapse with alcohol. Today there is mucus in my stool again, it's orange, and I'm always so tired with pressure on my eyes. Yesterday my temperature was 38.3 again and I've been shaking since yesterday. My blood pressure is around 110/70, but that's low for me. Yesterday the stool was brown orange or red. And now? I'm exhausted. I also have a dry mouth and dark urine, I'm afraid there might be blood in it. I don't know what to do and this always happens on the weekend.

Orange stool is a sign of bleeding and mucus formation. It is likely that your colon is not tolerating the alcohol well. Since you need a colonoscopy, and the fever also needs to be investigated, I would recommend going to the hospital now. And then afterwards, consider going to a long-term therapy.
