Now it's me again, now my stool is yellow and very light. I just don't know what that could be. I've had headaches for the last 2 days, and last night I sweated a lot again. Now my stomach hurts, I always have a stabbing pain there, and sometimes my lower abdomen hurts and my kidneys are pulling. I'm so scared, but I have to wait until Wednesday for the results of the stool test. What could it be? Will I die from it today or until Wednesday? I'm really scared.

Almost no complaints we can have lead to death, especially not in people as young as you probably are (under 50). Your problem is not pain, discomfort, and bowel issues, but the exaggerated fear of their cause. Whatever it is: you will not die from it!
Pale stool can occur with infections and gallbladder issues, as well as pain, but many of your symptoms may also be due to back tension.
Why not get Lasea or Kytta sedativum for this completely exaggerated fear, and help your stomach with calming peppermint tea.
