Are liver values not normal?

Hello,
I have a question about my blood test results. I have the following values, and now my doctor has performed an ultrasound of my liver. He mentioned that based on the ultrasound and blood test results, I may have a fatty liver or hepatitis. I am slightly overweight. It is now the weekend and I have to wait for one final blood test result that may provide more clarity. Can hepatitis be ruled out based on the current blood test results? Especially considering I have had a Havrix vaccination?

CHO = 259 mg/dl
CPT = 78 U/l
GGT = 117 U/l
AP = 55 Ul
HSE 8.2
MCHC 33

What do these values indicate?

Good day, based on the values it is unfortunately not possible to determine exactly whether it is a fatty liver or if there is a hepatitis behind it. Hepatitis is less likely than a fatty liver, especially if you are overweight. More details can only be determined after antibodies against hepatitis have been identified. The Havrix vaccination protects against acute hepatitis A. However, this vaccination does not protect against chronic hepatitis B or C. In addition, GPT should be determined for supplementation, which is another liver value that is missing from your list. So far, it can be said that a fatty liver is most likely present, but hepatitis can only be ruled out for sure after antibodies have been identified. Unfortunately, you will have to wait a little longer until the mentioned results are available. Kind regards.
