Help with acute headaches - which medication is recommended for me???

Since yesterday and today I have strong headaches (forehead and neck) and do not know how to deal with it. I have the following medications here: Gelonida, Tramadolor tabs 50 mg, Novalgin Tabl. & drops, Dolortriptan (2 tabs), Migraeflux MCP 500/5 mg Tabl., Ibuprofen 400 and 600 tabs, also Paspertin drops. This morning I took: 20 Paspertin drops + 1 tab of Tramadolor + 1 tab of Paracetamol. As a result, the headaches almost went away for about 4-5 hours, but I got \"total constipation\", which I was able to solve with 3 sachets of Movicol > therefore I do not see a solution to my problem with Tramadolor and Gelonida, I am not confident in Novalgin and Dolortriptan (due to described possible side effects in the book \"Medications\" by Stiftung Warentest. I also have Tililin Hexal comp. 50/4 tabs, Paracetamol 500 effervescent tabs, and solid tablets. I absolutely do not know what I should take now, as headaches are rare for me rather than the norm. I am male, 77 years old. What advice do you have for me?

Could it be that you are taking other medications that may be causing these headaches, or that high blood pressure is the cause of your discomfort, which should be urgently clarified if the above-mentioned medications do not help and you are not familiar with headaches.

A beginning cold virus infection is also a possibility.

Not drinking enough fluids (drinking more water) is often the cause of headaches as well.
But you do not have a sunstroke, do you?
