Compensation for jointly purchased kitchen

Hello,
here are the facts:
In May 2008, I moved into a new apartment with Mrs. K.
We bought a new kitchen together.
The purchase price of approximately EUR 8,300.00 was split evenly between us.
Both names are listed in the purchase contract.
In May of this year, she ended the relationship and we each found our own apartment.
I wanted to offer the kitchen to the new tenant for takeover, but Mrs. K. categorically refused.
She wants to take the kitchen with her.
I have rented an apartment where a kitchen is already installed, rent is EUR 20 per month.
She had the kitchen installed in her apartment at a cost of approximately EUR 1,000.
As she is facing significant financial problems, I offered her a payment plan.
12 monthly installments of EUR 100.
I sent this offer to her via email.
Unfortunately, she did not respond to it. She also ignored my request for other suggestions.
Here are my questions:
What private options/pressure tactics do I have to persuade her to reconsider?
What legal steps would I have to take otherwise?
Of course, I want to minimize the financial burden as much as possible.
Who is responsible for the financial burden?

Since the ex-partner took the kitchen with her, she must pay the agreed amount to you for it.

You should formally request payment from the ex-partner within 14 days in writing, or propose a payment plan, to which she should agree within 14 days.
