Damages
February 18, 2010 | 20,00 EUR | answered by Dr. Dr. Danjel-Philippe Newerla
My question is, my boyfriend and I wanted to move in together and I gave up everything here in Saarland to move to Lemgo. 14 days before, there was a break-up and he no longer wanted to. I have no job, no kitchen, and no living room anymore. He gave me 3000 euros to buy furniture, but it's not enough. And today I hear that he is going back to his wife from whom he had separated. Is this deliberate deception? Am I entitled to compensation for what he has done to me? Can I sue him for this?
