ureter

Hello. I have an unusual question for you. I am constantly afraid that a foreign object might unintentionally enter the ureter while I am asleep, which then could prevent the passage of urine. When the penis is erect during sleep, the opening is larger.
Is my fear justified?
Dear inquirer,
You can rest assured that it is technically almost impossible for foreign bodies to enter the urethra. As a doctor, we only see foreign bodies in the urethra in the context of autoerotic injuries, when patients bring them there for pleasure. Sleep soundly. All the best, C. Welsch
