Is it permissible to take Duodart and Tilidin 50/40 retard at the same time? Are there any specific side effects to expect?

It is indeed possible to take Tillidin for pain and Duodard for an enlarged prostate together. Just make sure to drink a little more with Tillidin, and to be completely sure, you can space out the intake of the two medications by 30-60 minutes. But that is actually not necessarily required.
