Laboratory findings

Hello,
what does the following laboratory finding mean: All routine laboratory parameters were within the normal range: Hemoglobinuria, ketonuria, leukocyturia, bacteriauria were found in the urine?
I am female, 44 years old.
Thank you very much.
Dear questioner, I am happy to translate your findings for you.
Routine laboratory within the normal range means that all values taken are unremarkable. Routine laboratory usually includes a complete blood count, liver values, kidney values, and inflammation markers. However, the urine analysis suggests a bladder infection (leukocytes=inflammatory cells, hemoglobin=blood component, and bacteria). Ketone excretion indicates a starvation metabolism, which can be found in extreme diets, excessive vomiting (often in early pregnancy), or diarrhea.
Since bacteria are present in the urine, a therapy with an antibiotic should definitely be initiated.
I hope I could clarify all questions.
Get well soon, E. Klaczinski
