A little about my background: I have been wearing diapers 24/7 for about 10 years. For some years now, I have wanted to take it a step further and become incontinent. My question is: Is there a possibility to achieve incontinence through a surgical procedure? If so, would a German surgeon perform this procedure?
Seriously. It is not the task of a doctor to turn a healthy condition into a sick one. The consequences of incontinence are significant. If this desire is deeply troubling you, it is good to talk to a psychologist about it. Destruction goes far beyond a fetish!
