Unresolved respiratory problems - second evaluation of chest X-ray

Dear expert,

I have been experiencing breathing problems for several months, which have been steadily worsening (initially only a few hours a day, but now almost continuously - occurring both at rest and during exertion, with the latter being slightly more severe). I feel like my throat is constricted, but it's hard to describe. I feel like I am getting less air, but constantly, not episodically. It's as if I am constantly breathing through a straw.

Thyroid and blood tests are normal. Allergy test was negative. Asthma has also been ruled out (provocation and spirometry - only "mild impairment of global and specific diffusion capacity" was identified). No obstruction, no hyperinflation, no restriction.

A chest X-ray has been done and I would like a second evaluation.

As background information: I only have these breathing issues and have/had no cough, no phlegm, no fever, no cold.

Best regards
