Hello everyone,

I would like to have my MRI and CT scans evaluated. The noticeable points have been circled in red.

Medical history:
Initially sepsis, currently B-symptoms with changes in blood count, generalized lymphadenopathy.

Questions:
- Is a tumor visible (extent and type of tumor)?
- Are signs of inflammation, autoimmune diseases, or systemic diseases visible?
- Are there any other abnormalities present?
