nose surgery

Hello,
I have been here twice for a nasal surgery.
I am feeling better. The problem is that one side of my nose has healed a long time ago. The other side has not fully healed yet, and there are also many fibrin clots formed there. I saw my doctor 3 days ago and he said that the wound is closed but I still have scabs. And it will take a long time to heal. Is that the granulation tissue? Does he mean that the epithelialization is not yet complete?
What does that mean exactly? I still have some pain on that side and I feel like the side is different or empty compared to the other side. The doctor said that it will take a bit longer for the functions of the nose on the left side to return. I am very uncertain at the moment... I have difficulty breathing at night. I breathe poorly because my nostrils are asymmetrical. It is a very uncomfortable feeling. Does fibrin delay wound healing? I can't blow my nose. Nothing comes out. How long does it take for everything to normalize? Some say 6 to 12 months. I feel like I have an "empty nose". I had a sinus surgery with maxillary concha bullosa and mucotomy of the turbinates. Does the turbinate grow back after the mucotomy? He removed a bit of the lower mucosa, not the bones. Thank you very much for your response. Thank you for your answer.

Dear questioner, a healing time of longer than six months is not normal and could indicate that there is an empty nose syndrome. Please have yourself examined by someone independent. Normally, you should be able to breathe after such a long time. Regards, Welsch
