Eyes and LED!

On August 31st, I accidentally burned my eyes with detergent. Today I received a slight electric shock from the toaster. I really feel like I'm having a streak of bad luck at the moment. I was taken to the doctor's office where they do EKG tests (electrodes), and then they sprayed contact spray on me. I closed my eyes as a precaution (which was good because I felt some splashes on my face). I noticed in the waiting room that my eyes were slightly burning. When I was done at the doctor's, my eyes were burning even more. On the way to the pharmacy, both of my eyes suddenly started itching terribly and were bright red. The pharmacist, who is a close acquaintance of my parents, immediately helped me with three samples of eye drops. I then went home and rinsed my eyes with tap water, and sprayed a single sample of eye drops and Bepanthen on each eye again.

Could it be that the contact spray caused this? Or are my eyes still irritated and dry? My vision is slowly getting better, but my eyes are still irritated. Would it be bad if some contact spray got into my eyes? My family doctor says he has accidentally gotten this stuff on himself before, or other disinfectant products, and nothing ever happened to him. My eyes were hurting so much at the pharmacy that I could barely open them, and I only managed to put a few drops of eye drops in. I was relieved when a drop went in. The electric shock didn't leave me unscathed, and I was prescribed a beta blocker today. I'm feeling a bit shaky at the moment. I accidentally bumped into the individual packaged eye drops from the pharmacy and lightly touched my eyes with them. Do the eyes usually heal quickly? I have to take the beta blocker for five more days and if something like this happens again, I should be careful. It was slightly scratching. These are the eye drops that you have to twist open at the top. Could it be possible to scratch the retina even with something sharp? I just checked with the flashlight on my phone. I can't see any scratches. Now my vision is even weirder in that eye... Weird flashes whenever I blink... Is it okay to check with the LED light? I was about 5 cm away and looked for about 2-3 minutes.
